Vous êtes passionné par la recherche et la technique, peut-être aussi par l’intelligence artificielle et les réseaux informatiques ? 

Venez rejoindre notre équipe d’innovation à Issy-Les-Moulineaux , vous serez chargé de la définition et de l’évolution de nouvelles solutions d’optimisation.

Vous contribuerez aux développements de logiciels et de solutions d’optimisation combinatoire performantes.

Vos activités dans le cadre de cette thèse Cifre seront  :

· 
Etudier l’état de l’art, identifier des solutions possibles répondant aux problèmes posés;

· 
Identifier/proposer de nouvelles méthodes pour traiter des problèmes d’optimisation combinatoire;

· 
Évaluer la complexité et la performance des solutions identifiées;

· 
Prototyper et démontrer les solutions identifiées.

 

Votre profil 

Vous faites preuve de créativité et vous souhaitez vous investir dans les techniques d’apprentissage profond, vous aimez partager et disséminer vos connaissances.

Ce poste nécessite que le candidat soit titulaire d’un Master (ou équivalent) en computer science, de préférence dans le domaine de l’optimisation combinatoire, de la recherche opérationnelle ou de l’intelligence artificielle.

En plus de vos connaissances de méthodes d’optimisation combinatoire, le candidat doit posséder des compétences en :

· 
Langage de programmation (C/C++, Julia, Python);

· 
Programmation Mathématique et Solvers (Gurobi, SCIP, CPLEX, etc.);

· 
Linux,  Docker et autres techniques de virtualisation;

· 
Des connaissances en apprentissage machine et librairies associées et en réseaux IP (TCP/IP, SDN, QoS) seraient un plus.

PhD Thesis on Robust Optimization for Priority Flow Admission and Routing with Uncertainty and Short-lived Flows

Job description

Do you have a passion for  research and technology? Do you have an interest in combinatorial optimization? Perhaps also on artificial intelligence, and computer networks? Come and join our innovation team in Issy-Les-Moulineaux. You will be in charge of the definition, evolution, and optimization of novel solutions.

You will contribute to the development of software and solutions that are based on combinatorial optimization.

You activities include:

– Studying the current state of the art, to find potential solutions for stated problems.

– Proposing novel methods for solving combinatorial optimization problems 

– Assessing the computational complexity and performance of the proposed solutions

– Developing prototype tools based on the proposed solutions

Candidate profile

You are capable of proving that you are creative and that you are willing to invest yourself into deep technical subjects. You enjoy sharing and disseminating your knowledge..

For this position, it is required that the candidate holds a master degree or equivalent in the area of computer science, and preferably in the domain of combinatorial optimization, operations research or artificial intelligence.

The candidate should have knowledge in combinatorial optimization methods.

Additionally, the candidate should have possess software development skills, notably on:

– Programming languages (C/C++, Julia, Python);

– Mathematical programming solvers (Gurobi, SCIP, CPLEX, etc.);

– Linux,  Docker, and other virtualization technologies (desirable);

– Version control (e.g., git, svn, etc.).

It is desirable, although not required that the candidate has knowledge on the following computer networks subjects:

– Machine Learning (and related development libraries);

– Computer Networks (TCP/IP, SDN, QoS).
