Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Tech Data Cost Manager (f/m) to join our Support & Services department based in Marignane, France.

You will be part of a team developing Technical Publications required for safe operation of helicopters by our customers (Flight manuals, Maintenance manuals, Illustrated Parts Catalog…). As part of the Tech Data Production department, you will be in charge of managing and coordinating all financial aspects of several helicopter programs (Super Puma, Ecureuil, Dauphin, Puma, Gazelle), including budgeting, forecasting and reporting.

Your challenges:

Consolidate the workload forecast for the next 3 years

· 
Manage and drumbeat budget baseline alignment on quarterly basis

· 
Monitor internal bookings & subcontracted activities

· 
Produce financial KPIs: Budget adherence, Unit Cost, Trigger Average Cost

· 
Prepare & release monthly financial reporting

· 
Perform monthly Earn-Value Management

· 
Identify gaps/discrepancies and build recovery plans

· 
Align processes & methods with Cost Managers from other helicopter Programs

· 
Ensure compliance with all financial and accounting policies and procedures

· 
Lead or contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

· 
Contribute to the success of the Department

· 
Contribute to the engagement & team spirit

This position will give you the opportunity to work in close relationship with Technical Support, Technical Data, Service Bulletins and Maintenance Engineering, and interact with Program Support Officers, French Military contract managers and MRO.

Your profile:

Master degree in controlling/economics

· 
Experience of Project Planning and Control

· 
Experience of Earn Value Management

Risk & Opportunity management

Management of subcontracted activities

· 
Rigor & follow standard attitude,

· 
Autonomous, proactive with a solution-oriented mindset

Excellent communication skills –presentations, facilitate meetings, create reports

Advanced level in English & French
