Description of the job

Cybersecurity is one of your passion and you are looking to work in a multi-cultural environment, on a worldwide perimeter?
For Airbus CyberSecurity, within the Services Center based in Elancourt, a position as a Consulting Leader is now available.
Inside Airbus Cybersecurity, Services include both the Security Operations Center (SOC) and high-skilled security Professional services, such as security incident response, security audits and associated consulting services.

The Consulting Team is in charge of supporting our customers all along their Information Risk and Security Management improvement, and addressing the increasing cyber security threat challenge.

The Consulting portfolio covers 4 main areas, in both IT and OT

• Security risk analysis and Information security strategy;
• Regulation and compliance assistance (LPM, II901, GDPR, Accreditation/Homologation…);
• Security audits and assessments (organization, architecture), according with PASSI and main Best practices;
• Awareness and training for cyber-crisis handling.

The Consulting and Audit team is also actively implied in main Security interest groups, such as Club-Ebios, Clusif, etc.

Therefore, as the team leader, it is expected you participate in the Consulting and Audit offer for both or internal (Airbus group) and external customers.

As an Airbus Cybersecurity Consultant leader, you will accordingly provide functional, methodological and technical advisory to your team and our customers, bring information security expertise and help in designing and implement pragmatic security solutions.

This position requires a national security clearance.

Tasks & accountabilities

Missions:

• Leadership of the Consulting team within France, ensuring high performing capabilities to support the business at competitive cost;
• Develops and delivers the Consulting services offer in line with CyberSecurity portfolio management, in the respect of commitments and contractual SLA;
• Maintain PASSI qualification (ANSSI qualification), according to the service offer.

Roles & responsibilities:

• Delivering operational services for Consulting, Audits, and Cyber-on-demand;
• Maintaining service offers in line with the development strategy;
• Responsible to answer to service requests within the respect of commitments OTOQOC and contractual SLA;
• Providing competencies and solutions for the development of the business
• Setting-up teams, tools & methods, external partnerships to deliver consulting services and PASSI auditsd;
• You manage and report the workload & capacity plan, the recruitment plan and the investment plan.
• You measure and manage the P&L of service activity;
• You measure and manage the customer satisfaction level (internal also);
• You report monthly the global activity of the Consulting Department;
• You support Sales & Programs in campaigns (visits, customer presentations, …) and sales activities, providing the competitive description of the offer in bids
• You organise within the team a continuous technological survey & analysis of the risks and related threats;
• Advising and giving support for the technical training and creating an awareness training;
• Provide a specialist approach within the field of operational security.

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.

Required skills

EDUCATION AND PREREQUISITES:

• At least a master's degree in the field of IT, with mandatory knowledge of security fundamentals (general concepts, great domains).
• You have at least 3 years of proven experience in consulting and a proven experience as a manager.

Skills and knowledge within the following areas are expected:

• Security governance, strategy and policies;
• Risk analysis methodologies (ISO 27005, Ebios…);
• Functional and technical security architecture concepts and basis;
• Program management assistance for business owners and project management;
• Functional and organizational security audits;
• Main standards and regulations, such as at least: ISO 2700X standards, French LPM, GDPR, RGS;
• Curious and willing to learn and share expertise within a team;
• Full professional proficiency in French and English.
