Description of the job

A vacancy for a STELIA Excellence System Pilot (m/f) has arisen within STELIA Aerospace in Saint-Nazaire.

You will be:

·  Responsible for the competitiveness plan for your sector, for leading improvement projects and for obtaining results.
·  In charge of ensuring the deployment of blocks and standards by training and supporting the personnel in your sector.
·  The support for the line or department manager

This role will involve significant travel to all the STELIA sites (2 days per week).

Profil recherché

Tasks & accountabilities

You will be in charge of the following activities:

·  Supporting the creation and deployment of industrial standard blocks/processes and the assessment of performances in all the sectors of the company.
·  Contributing to the improvement of the company's general performances (productivity, quality, etc.) in terms of robustness, reliability and profitability.
·  Defining and steering the performance projects to meet your sector's objectives.
·  Deploying a culture of continuous improvement within the company through training and benchmarking.

Required skills

As the successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate some of the following competencies:

·  Master's degree in general engineering with knowledge of techniques and mechanics
·  At least 2 years of experience in continuous improvement in an industrial environment (automotive, aeronautics, railway)
·  Knowledge and experience with LEAN tools (VSM, 5S, writing of roadmaps, workshop animation…)
·  Results and performance oriented
·  Autonomous approach
·  Ability to consolidate and analyse data
·  Results and performance orientation
·  Good interpersonal skills
·  Ability to manipulate figures
·  French: negotiation level
·  English: advanced level.
