Description of the job

A vacancy for a LEAN manufacturing pilot has arisen within STELIA Aerospace in Méaulte.
You will hierarchically report to the STELIA Excellence System (SES) site manager.
This role will involve significant travel to all the STELIA sites.

Your main tasks will be to be responsible for the competitiveness plan of your sector:

·  Animating improvement projects and ensuring the achievement of results: Benefits vs. costs of implementation.
·  Ensuring the deployment plan of blocks and standards of Stelia Aerospace group.
·  Being the main support of operational for the elaboration and deployment of the competitiveness roadmap of the sector

Profil recherché

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main responsibilities will include:

·  Supporting the creation and deployment of industrial standard processes/blocks and the assessment of performances for all the sectors of the company.
·  Contributing to the improvement of the company's general performances (productivity, quality, etc.) in terms of robustness, reliability and profitability.
·  Defining and steering the performance projects to meet your sector's objectives
·  Deploying a continuous improvement culture within the company through training, benchmarking and the deployment of Lean spirit

Required skills

As the successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate some of the following skills and experience:

·  5-year degree in General Engineering, specialising in Production or Continuous Improvement
·  Experience in continuous improvement (animating improvement projects)
·  Knowledge of LEAN/system excellence tools
·  Knowledge of techniques and mechanics
·  Results and performance oriented
·  Force of proposal
·  Teaching skills
·  French: negotiation level
·  English: advanced level
