Description of the job

A vacancy for a Commercial Accounts Manager (m/f) has arisen within STELIA Aerospace in Toulouse.
You will join the Airbus Group Key Accounts division, within Business & Strategy.

This role will involve travel in France and abroad.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

·  Consolidating and developing Stelia Aerospace activity and increasing our market shares
·  Managing the contracts in place with our Airbus customer and following up on the commercial activities for the scope of the concerned portfolio
·  Negotiating the claims and capital gains associated with all revisions to the contractual scope
·  Prospecting and lobbying within the Airbus Group entities
·  Ensuring the replies to all the calls for tender in the scope of the portfolio
·  Constructing commercial and technical tenders with the support of all the functions and disciplines within the company
·  Preparing the Business Case for commercial tenders according to the financial regulations and objectives of profitability defined by the Business Development & Sales division
·  Working with the Stelia Aerospace Business Development & Sales team and the Legal division to negotiate tenders and contracts
·  Regularly reporting your activity to the Business Development & Sales division.

Required skills

As the successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate some of the following skills and experience:

·  With a Master's degree in Engineering or in a commercial field
·  Experience in business/sales (key account management, contract...) in the industry
·  Knowledge of aero-structural products and technical seats would be a plus.
·  Proficient user of the MS Office suite
·  Meticulous approach.
·  Autonomous approach.
·  Customer service oriented and listening skills.
·  Open-minded approach.
·  Ability to work in a team.
·  French: negotiation level.
·  English: advanced level.
