Votre mission, si vous l'acceptez :

Une offre de stage intitulée « Stage en gestion de projet et conseil numérique (f/h) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein d' Airbus Commercial sur son site de Blagnac .

Vous rejoindrez le département « Programme & Project Management Operations Excellence, Digital & Transversal » en charge de d’anticiper les usages de la gestion de projet .

Votre stage consistera à : améliorer le cycle de vie des projets et des gestionnaires de projet via des solutions digitales.

En tant que stagiaire, vous serez immergé dans des projets en cours, permettant de caractériser des projets, structurer des informations sur des projets antérieurs, identifier les compétences requises pour les chefs de projet, aider à la priorisation des projets et définir les critères de réussite des projets.

Ce stage, d’une durée de 6 mois débutera idéalement en janvier 2026  (cette période est indicative et pourra être ajustée).

Vos principales missions consisteront à :

· 
Analyser et caractériser les projets en définissant leur portée, leurs objectifs et leurs contraintes.

· 
Mettre en place une méthode de travail (Agile ou Waterfall) et structurer vos tâches pour organiser le projet.

· 
Créer un plan de projet détaillé , incluant les tâches, les délais, les ressources et les jalons clés.

· 
Définir et prioriser les fonctionnalités de la solution en collaboration avec les parties prenantes.

· 
Tirer les leçons des projets passés pour identifier les défis et les bonnes pratiques.

· 
Concevoir et mettre en œuvre une solution digitale pour améliorer la gestion de projet.

· 
Fournir la solution finale en y intégrant un échantillon de données.

Votre tuteur ou tutrice vous accompagnera tout au long de votre stage, vous aidant à développer vos compétences et à atteindre vos objectifs professionnels.

Ce stage vous permettra notamment de développer les compétences suivantes:

Expérience pratique en gestion de projet et en conseil numérique dans un contexte professionnel.

· 
Développement professionnel en améliorant vos compétences en analyse de projet, en résolution de problèmes, en communication et en travail d'équipe.

· 
Connaissance de l'entreprise et des dernières tendances en matière de gestion de projet et de solutions informatiques en interagissant avec des professionnels.

· 
Création d'un réseau professionnel au sein de l'industrie.

· 
Obtention d'un certificat à la fin du stage, reconnaissant vos réalisations et vos contributions.

Votre carte d’embarquement pour cette aventure :

Vous êtes actuellement en diplôme de niveau Bac +5 en Gestion de projet  ou un domaine équivalent.

Vous possédez idéalement les compétences suivantes :

- Compétences techniques :

· 
Connaissance de la gestion de projet et de l'aéronautique

· 
Analyse de données, modélisation de données, Web sémantique, apprentissage automatique, analyse de données avancée et statistiques descriptives

· 
Maîtrise d'outils et de langages comme Python, R, UML, OWL/RDF, graphes de connaissances et techniques de modélisation de données et d'exploration de texte

· 
Utilisation d'outils de Data Visualisation

· 
Connaissance des méthodes de gestion de projet (Waterfall, Agile)

· 
Connaissance des méthodes de résolution de problèmes (Triz, Think wrong...)

- Soft Skills :

Your mission :

An internship opportunity titled “Project Management and Digital Consulting Intern (m/f)” has just opened at Airbus Commercial located in Blagnac .

You will join the “ Programme & Project Management Operations Excellence, Digital & Transversal ” department, in charge of anticipating future uses of project management .

Your internship will consist in: improving the project and project manager life cycle through digital solutions.

As an intern, you will be immersed in ongoing projects, allowing you to characterize projects, structure information on past projects, identify the required skills for project managers, help prioritize projects, and define project success criteria.

Ideally, this is a 6-month internship and it should start in January 2026 (date subject to flexibility).

Your main missions will consist of:

· 
Analyse and characterize projects by defining their scope, objectives, and constraints.

· 
Implement a working methodology (Agile or Waterfall) and structure your tasks to organize the project.

· 
Create a detailed project pla n, including tasks, deadlines, resources, and key milestones.

· 
Define and prioritize the solution's functionalities in collaboration with stakeholders.

· 
Gather lessons learned from past projects to identify challenges and best practices.

· 
Design and implement a digital solution to improve project management.

· 
Provide the final solution by integrating a data sample.

Your tutor will support you identify your professional objectives and develop your skills.
