Dans le cadre d'un cursus scolaire en formation initiale, vous recherchez un stage obligatoire ou intégré dans une année de césure, d'une durée allant de 4 à 6 mois maximum, vous permettant de valider votre année.

Nous vous proposons de travailler dans une entreprise leader mondial dans son domaine, tournée vers le digital, à la pointe de la recherche et de l’innovation.

Une offre de stage intitulée «  Stade Gestion de projet : amélioration de la performance (h/f)  » vient de s'ouvrir au sein de Airbus Helicopters sur son site de Marignane.

Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 26 personnes au sein du département en charge de la réalisation des offres et l’exécution des contrats de Repair & Overhaul (réparation et entretien) des composants d’hélicoptère.

Votre stage consistera à améliorer la performance de l'activité Repair & Overhaul des composants d'hélicoptère depuis la création de la commande jusqu’à la livraison du composant au client, mesuré au travers des indicateurs de performance et de qualité internes ( OTD6 et OTR6 ).

Ce stage commencera en janvier 2021 (date sujette à flexibilité) et sera d’une durée de 6 mois.

Tâches et responsabilités:

Vous contribuerez aux activités principales suivantes :

Suivi périodique des indicateurs

· 
Analyse des causes de non-performance avec les métiers (production, transport, front-office...)

· 
Identification des actions d'amélioration et les gains associées

· 
Lancement et suivi régulier de l'avancement des actions

· 

Ce stage vous permettra de développer les compétences suivantes :

· 
Connaissances générales du secteur Support et Services des hélicoptères

· 
Capacité d’analyse des processus complexes de bout à bout

· 
Construction et animation des plans d’action multidisciplinaires

· 
Management de projet

Compétences & Prérequis :

Vous préparez actuellement un diplôme de niveau Bac +5 (ou équivalent) dans le domaine de l’ingénierie généraliste ou du management de projet ou une discipline apparentée

Vous possédez les compétences suivantes :

· 
Gestion projet

· 
Pack office dont Excel avancé

· 
Esprit de synthèse

· 
Une connaissance des processus industriels serait un plus

· 
Bon communiquant

· 
Compétences linguistiques :

Anglais   : avancé  

Français   : Courant

An internship offer entitled ' Internship project management: improvement of performances (m/f)' has just opened within Airbus Helicopters   on its site Marignane.

You will join a team of 26 people in the department in charge of the preparation of offers and the execution of contracts for the Helicopters’ Repair & Overhaul.

Your internship will consist in improving the performance of the helicopters’ components Repair & Overhaul activity from the creation of the purchase order to the delivery of the component to the customer, measured through indicators (OTD6 & OTR6).

This internship will begin in January 2021 (date subject to flexibility) and will last for a period of 6 months.

Duties and responsibilities:

You will contribute to the following main activities:

· 
Periodical follow-up of the indicators

· 
Non- performance root causes analysis with the disciplines (production, transport, front-office…)

· 
Identification of the improvement actions and the associated savings

· 
Lauching and regular follow-up of the progress of the actions

This course will allow you to develop the following skills:

· 
Helicopters’ Support & Services basic knowledge

· 
Deep know-how of the value chain of components repair

· 
Analysis of complex processes end-to-end

· 
Definition and management of multidisciplinary action plans  

Skills & Prerequisites:

You are currently preparing a Bac +5 level (or equivalent) degree in the field of general engineering, or project management , or a related discipline.

You have the following skills:

· 
Project management

· 
Office pack including advanced Excel

· 
Spirit of synthesis

· 
Knowledge of industrial processes would be a plus

· 
Good communicator

Language skills :

French   : Fluent

English   : avancé
