Description of the job

Airbus (Saint-Martin) is looking for a software development intern to support Identity and Access Management for a 6-month internship.

Within the IT / Infrastructure department, you will be in charge to develop the technical Identity & Access Management (IAM) Framework.
You will be integrated in a 9 people team and work directly with the Identity & Access Management project managers & architect who are currently working on describing the functional definition of this framework.

This internship will start in January 2nd 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

At Airbus Group, as in all companies, there is an increasing usage of cloud applications (SaaS) and it has created new challenges for Airbus Identity & Access Management on top of the existing challenges: security, scalability, reliability & complexity.

Airbus IAM is targeting to provide restful APIs for all its components in order to transform current ecosystem into agile, reliable and modular framework.

The aim is to foster interoperability, sustainability and ease deployment of Self-Service moving from a technical component oriented infrastructure towards a service oriented infrastructure.

The internship will have the following objectives:

·  Study and propose a general service manifest to be implemented on all Identity and Access Management infrastructure through Restful services implementing the CRUD methods (Create, Request, Update, Delete)
·  Translate the functional definition of IAM framework into a technical work breakdown structure to implement this manifest.
·  Develop a prototype of APIs to validate the manifest

Required skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

·  You are in the last year of an engineering school or Master's degree specialising in IT, and looking for a 6-month internship.
·  You are experienced in computer programming (Java, .NET, PHP, web development, REST)
·  You have experience in implementing APIs
·  You are able to work in complex environments
·  You are autonomous and proactive, and have excellent interpersonal skills.
·  You have a negotiation level in English.
