Description of the job

Airbus Helicopters Marignane is looking for an intern for 4 to 6-month internship.

You will be responsible for developing a web based tool for project/budget & resources management.

This internship will start on 1st April 2016 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

· Managing audit of project, budget and resources management process within the department,
· Finalising the tool specifications with the support of project managers,
· Participating to an iterative prototyping of a web based project management tool (Agile method),
· Specification writing with the support of the the department responsible,
· Developing the web based tool,
· Installing the tool on a server,
· Migrating data from Excel files to the new tool,
· Writing user training / user guide and documentation,
· Handling of configuration management for introduction of updates.

Profil recherché

Required skills

You are in the 4th or 5th year of engineering school, completing a Master's degree or in the 4/5th year of university, specialising in IT.

You ideally have initial experience.
You have good knowledge of the languages such as PHP/HTML/MySQL PROFIL.

You are recognized for your ability to write specifications to develop tools in PHP/MySQL.

You are a good team player and and have excellent interpersonal skills.

English: advanced level,
French: fluent.
