Description of the job

Under the responsibility of the Head of SOC, the Service Delivery Manager (SDM) guarantees all the services being delivered to the customers for whom he is in charge of.

The SDM has the responsibility of the delivery for the services the customer has contracted accordingly to the service level agreement. He synchronizes operations with his customer's peers. He delivers actions reports to the Head of SOC and customer's as well. He also has the lead to propose new services to the customers in order to improve his security level as to improve the brand image of Airbus Defence & Space CyberSecurity (capability, innovation,)

He also has the responsibility to deal with other internal teams, such as Engineering, Project management, to continuously improve the daily operations in delivering the service and in the on-boarding process of new services or new customers.

This position will require security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognised authorities.

Tasks & accountabilities

Missions
The Service Delivery Manager (SDM) represents his customers' interests whilst dealing with the Airbus Defence & Space CyberSecurity personnel, such as SOC people, Engineering, other experts, pre sales, project management.
He knows the network specifications and the applications architecture of the customer's for whom he is in charge. The Service Delivery Manager:

·  Is responsible of the delivery of the services to customer's
·  Coordinates the operations inside the CyberDefense entity in case of other resources are required to improve, fix any points on the SOC architecture or services.
·  Is responsible of the compliance with SLA
·  Organizes and leads monthly meetings with his customers peers in order to review all major events and tickets which occurred during an elapsed period
·  Handles crisis & exception situation with the SOC manager, the personnel & his customer
·  Coordinates the operations stakeholders and guarantee to achieve the goals whenever some upgrade or change operations are to take place he should.

A strong interest and a good background of Cyber Defence field is required.
This position requires a good knowledge of an organization and processes and he must have permanent contact with the internal personnel and customers peers.

Required skills

Required Skills:
The successful applicant should have the following skills and experience:

·  Educated to a 5-year degree level (or equivalent) in IT Engineering or Business School or a related discipline.

The successful applicant should have the following skills and experience:

·  At least 5 years experience as a Service Delivery Manager for IT services.
·  Service delivery oriented.
·  Good knowledge of information security concepts and technologies.
·  Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask
·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
·  ITIL knowledge.
