Description of the job

A vacancy for a SOC Service Delivery Manager (m/f) has arisen within Airbus Defence & Space in Elancourt. The successful applicant will join “Service Operations”.

This position will require a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognised authorities.
Tasks & accountabilities

Under the responsibility of the Head of SOC, as Service Delivery Manager (SDM) you will guarantee that all services are delivered to the customers for whom you are responsible.

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

·  Being responsible for the delivery of the services the customer has contracted accordingly to the service level agreement
·  Synchronising operations with his customer's peers
·  Delivering actions reports to the Head of SOC and customers.
·  Leading the proposal of new services to the customers in order to improve his security level as to improve the brand image of Airbus Defence & Space CyberSecurity (capability, innovation, etc.)
·  Representing your customers' interests whilst dealing with internal teams, such as SOC, Engineering, Pre Sales, Project Management, to continuously improve the daily operations in delivering the service and in the on-boarding process of new services or new customers
·  Knowing the network specifications and the applications architecture of the customer's for who you are in charge.
·  Coordinating the operations inside the CyberDefense entity in case of other resources are required to improve, fix any points on the SOC architecture or services.
·  Being in charge of compliance with SLA
·  Organising and leading monthly meetings with his customers' peers in order to review all major events and tickets which occurred during an elapsed period
·  Handling crisis & exception situation with the SOC manager, the personnel & his customer
·  Coordinating the operations stakeholders and guarantee to achieve the goals whenever some upgrade or change operations have to be taken place

Required skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

·  Degree in Information Technology or similar
·  Significant experience in the field of managed security services
·  Skills to manage and to coordinate efficiently all the operations undertaken for his customers
·  Strong experience in service and customer's relations
·  Service delivery oriented
·  Good knowledge of information security concepts and technologies
·  Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask
·  ITIL knowledge.
·  Excellent communication skills and the capability to understand the requirements of the customers
·  A strong interest and a good background of Cyber Defence field

You should be able to work on shifts, if required.
