A great opportunity as Training Project Manager (m/f) has arisen!
As the successful candidate (m/f) you will join "Flight Training Worldwide Operations department".
The Training Project Manager (m/f) is Project owner of Implementation and monitoring of a dedicated Flight Training Center and coordinates the Overall Flight Training Operation for a dedicated Flight Training Center.

Tasks & accountabilities
As the successful candidate your main activities will include:
Overall Flight Training Operation coordination and monitoring for a dedicated Flight Training Center
Definition for additional or specific services or customization request
Participation to SLTFP working group
Implementation Roadmap
Co-ordination and monitoring of Training Deployment Package (TDP) implementation for a dedicated Flight Training Center
Participation of Flight Instructor Standardization
Any other related activities at the discretion of HO SLTFO
Required skills
As the successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and competencies:
Fulfil the baseline pre-requisites of A60.4 & Additional pre-requisites for Type II Instructor (page 9 & 10 of A60.4)
Competencies to conduct APIC Core Course
Competencies in project management
Knowledgeable on MS Office, cloud management and distance learning
Maintain currency as instructor and deliver course to customers
Ability to understand, analyse and summarize
Drafting ability (ability to think and develop a logically structured written document)
“Teaching and Learning” expertise in Flight Training
Regulation Expertise & ability to analyse regulation and participate to Competent Authority meetings
Remote control ability in a transnational context
Autonomy and Leadership
Communication skills
English Negotiation Level
This position has been graded PII.
