9 vacancies of SAP/ERP Functional or Technical Experts have arisen within Airbus in Toulouse.

IT within Airbus is a Transnational Organisation mirroring the Industrial landscape. With the Digital Transformation of Airbus, the information technology of the company is completely redesigned, refocussing on IT Product and Technology Service teams with an end-to-end (E2E) responsibility on the customer added value proposition.

You will evolve in an international context, working in collaborative relationship with business functions, providing solutions design, supporting the delivery and the deployment of solutions SAP/ERP based, taking also into account new digital technologies and data analytics axes.

Tasks & accountabilities

We're looking for enriching our teams with people from diverse horizons willing to bring and share their experience and skills around the following professions:

·  Business Analyst,
·  Architect.

As Business Analyst, you will:

·  as part of a Multi-functional team, translate the business needs into IT requirements and proactively propose opportunities of business transformation or improvement enabled by technology and enhance User eXperience,
·  Have an End to End understanding of the business process you are working for (Logistics, production, finance, quality or Customer Services),
·  Design & implement solutions in line with evolving customer need, proposing Proof Of Concepts on new technologies when appropriate,
·  Design and delivering solutions based on latest SAP technologies (Fiori/UI5, Hana, Micro-Services/API, …)
·  Use agile methodology, working closely with the business to accelerate the use of digital technologies, maximizing value creation.

As Architect, you will:

·  Investigate capabilities of new technologies and solutions, promoting new ideas for future IS, influencing the strategy,
·  Analyse and provide, in advance phase, innovative and time to value architecture schemes in line with new business and ICT challenges (innovation, digitalisation, development of services, M&A…)
·  Ensure application landscape consistency (strategy, functional, technology) and check consequences on the other domains (finance, infrastructure, application services, licenses, etc. ...)
·  On demand, provide diagnostic on specific process/solution/tool, and give recommendation,
·  Using your skills in process mining, analyse process variations through data in order to simplify the value chain, enhance the processes and increase productivity.

To be considered you will need to confirm most of following points in your skills profile:

·  Master's degree level (or equivalent) in a technical or functional field,
·  3 years of experience minimum in the IT domain,
·  Knowledge of SAP/ERP solutions, especially SAP MM, PP, PM, SD, QM, WM and HUM,
·  Knowledge and experience in SAP FIORI & SAP UI5,
·  Knowledge and experience of SAP Hana & Design studio,
·  Knowledge of one or several functional domains in the aeronautic context (Manufacturing Engineering, Production, Supply Chain Logistics, Quality, Finance or Customer Service),
·  Experience working in Agile Project Management mode,
·  Ability to model processes, applications and data,
·  Knowledge of digital technologies (Big Data, Internet Of Things, Cloud, etc.) is a plus,
·  Advanced level of English,
·  Advanced level of French,
·  Excellent and adaptive communication with diverse audiences & skills,
·  Active listening skills with the ability to understand processes,
·  Collaborative mindset and team spirit,
·  Synthesis,
·  Learning agility, Entrepreneurship, independence of mind and innovative "out of the box thinking",
·  Autonomous.
