Description of the job
A vacancy for a Saint-Martin Security Site Manager (m/f) has arisen within Airbus Commercial Aircraft in Toulouse. You will join the Site Security Toulouse team within the Security & Operations France & Toulouse department.
You will have the full operational leadership and accountability for Saint-Martin site security and safety (notably: guard, fire intervention, reception, security access, video-protection, alarms management, etc.) and emergency services.
Reporting directly to the Head of Airbus Security Toulouse, you will work closely with the assets of the site and develop a strong relationship with the site management including the plant direction and the production managers; promoting the awareness of security and safety on the site.
Tasks & accountabilities
Your main tasks and responsibilities will be to:
o Develop site security services concepts, implement security policies, directives, develop local manual and consigns as needed, and support the deployment and operations of Airbus Operations Security tools portfolio.
o Ensure that all security risks are identified, reported and managed based on regular security assessments across the site (security audits).
o Ensure the proper allocation and management of budgets and resources to cover all required security means, in accordance with the target letter.
o Ensure that all security contingency plans are prepared, ready and tested. He/she is responsible for emergency crisis first response within his/her perimeter.
o Develop and maintain relationships with and act as focal point for local national authorities concerning security matters/malicious acts and ensure that Airbus Operations SAS site is compliant with all National security laws (notably: Critical Infrastructure Air Transport, fire intervention sites, etc.).
o Ensure that the security services contractors are providing operational services as contracted including the related KPIs.
o Inform without delay the head of Security Toulouse of any major security incidents that may impact people, the image of the company and establish the related operating reports.
o Develop a strong relationship with others functions related to security events and construction site (health and safety, facility management, communication, direction).
This role will involve some travel for business in Europe and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.
Outputs:
You will be responsible for the delivery and upkeep of the following:
o Prepare and maintain a Site Security Plan (including asset, risk, contingency, regulatory requirement and awareness management)
o Reports of:
• Drills (minimum two per years)
• Monthly review of security services contract
o Security Events Reporting, Analysis and Actions; KPIs
o Budget Plan and Resource Plan
o Compliance with relevant guidance and regulation with regard to French laws and European

Required skills
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
o Associate to master degree in a relevant field
o 5 years minimum of professional work experience in the field of safety and security within an industrial production environment,
o 5 years minimum in team management,
o Experience in crisis management and ability to react in a stressful situation,
o Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to deal with all kinds of stakeholders,
o Ability to mediate opposing viewpoints and to influence,
o Good organisational skills with the ability to balance competing demands and to meet deadlines,
o Results orientated with a strong focus on company context and business acumen,
o Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail,
o Negotiation level of French and intermediate level of English.
