Description of the job

Navblue Toulouse is looking for a Technical Leader (m/f)
You will be in charge of the definition and the co-ordination of the work of all partners involved in your Work Package, the collection of reports and to ensure the on time and within budget delivery of the work-package deliverables.
You will also responsible in the day-to-day management, performance monitoring and technical control of the project. This role will guide the resource and general technical aspects of a variety of development projects through the entire development cycle.
You will require the incumbent to possess or develop extensive product and industry experience, especially in project management especially with sub-contractors.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

·  Managing of the project you have in charge from specification to delivery by following the sub-contractor responsible of the development,
·  Accounting for Time – Cost - Quality tracking during all project life,
·  Managing of relationship with the sub-contractor,
·  Reporting and management of the project‘s KPI (every sprint and every month), participation in the bid phase,
·  Liaising with stakeholders throughout the organization in seeking solutions to customer requirements and problems or participating in product status meetings as required,
·  Involving in interviews and hiring activities,
·  Working closely with Product Management, ensuring requirements are sufficiently elaborated and clearly understood,
·  Reviewing and challenging the business requirements,
·  Communicating with and assisting development team during the implementation.

This role will involve some travel for business and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

Required skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

·  Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline
·  Minimum 5-10 years design experience in a dynamic development environment
·  Functional experience with Flight Operations solutions
·  Experience developing under DO-200A/B and other similar industry standards
·  Good knowledge of technologies (DataBase, Programming Languages)
·  Able to translate business requirements into technology solutions, and new technology solutions into business opportunities.
·  Experience in Agile Software Development methods,
·  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
·  Able to effectively communicate, verbally and written, highly technical aspects of architecture and integration to management, customers and staff at all levels
·  Good Communication and collaboration in multicultural context,
·  Excellent organizational and time management skills
·  Ability to multi-task, set priorities and work independently
·  Ability to travel to other offices and/or client sites as required
·  Open minded and agile
·  Advanced level in English
