Description of the job
A vacancy for a Quality Conformance Manager Project CDT Component (m/f) has arisen within Airbus at its Nantes site in
France.
The successful candidate will join the Quality CDT Component department.
This position will have regular working hours.
Profil recherché
Tasks & accountabilities
Your main activities will include:
· Guaranteeing the animation of the quality assurance of the line to guarantee the maintenance of POA
· Guaranteeing the qualification of manufacturing processes and operators
· Ensuring the planning of the monitoring of processes and operators, as well as the update of its contents
Providing a consolidated vision of the quality performance of the line, as well as the main orientations in terms of CNQ reduction
projects (PPS prioritisation, etc.)
Being responsible for the method/methodology support in the context of the resolution of complex problems
Animating customer/supplier relations on the quality part (taking into account customer claims, processing and communication)
Being responsible for keeping up-to-date part inspection plans
Promoting the deployment of preventive actions allowing to avoid the generation of new crises (PFMEA, MSP)
Required skills
As the successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate some of the following skills and experience:
2 to 3-year degree, specialising in Quality
Practical experience with problem-solving methodology
Notions of the statistical process control (SPC)
Familiar with the Office pack and SAP
Communication skills, ability to take a step back
Analysis skills, meticulous
Dynamic and assertive
English: intermediate level/advanced level,
French: negotiation level.
