Description of the job

A vacancy for a Project Manager Officer (PMO) has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in Toulouse.
You will join the Division (ENS Ground Systems) where you will join the Earth Observation project teams.
You will be in charge of PMO activities in the domain of Ground systems for earth Observation missions.
This position will require a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognised authorities.

Tasks & accountabilities

You are responsible for supporting the Project Manager.
Your activities will be carried out in a timely and reliable way in close coordination with the Project Manager.
You will report to the Project Manager and fully support him/her to organise various customer reviews and/or meetings and to report activities to the Customer.
Concerning PMO activities, you will be in charge of:
1/ Organising project reviews,
o Preparing and distributing documentation data packs,
o Preparing slides,
o Following up on the signature workflow,
o Managing RIDs and following up on the coverage of RIDs answers,
o Preparing the meeting minutes,
2/ Checking the Configuration Management process application,
o Managing the CR/CN,
o Putting any specific configuration management in place (e.g. Integration/validation platform),
3/ Regularly reporting on projects (weekly, monthly),
4/ Processing, updating and following up on actions,
5/ Keeping the compliance and requirement coverage matrices (DOORS) up-to-date,
6/ Performing Sharepoint administration,
7/ Conducting the risk analyses process: organising regular Risk meetings and updating the risk register,
8/ Updating and following up on Project indicators (external and internal KPIs).
You will also be involved with the department's move towards Digitalisation by specifying and following the necessary process to evolve, develop or replace the existing Project Management tools.

Required skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

·  Educated to a 5-year degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology.
