Description of the job
An vacancy for an internship as a Project Manager Assistant: Leadership Evaluation Solutions (m/f) has arisen within Airbus in Toulouse.
You will join the Leadership University department, within a team of 6 people, where you will provide all the necessary support to the project manager to implement innovative leadership evaluation solutions.
You will be a stakeholder in the development of future evaluation methods, which will be deployed in the long-term internationally in all regions of the group.
This internship with start on 1st September 2017 and is for a duration of 6 months.

Tasks & accountabilities
The aim of this project is to highlight the leadership of each individual and to better identify the steps to be taken for personal development.
Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:
· Preparing and supporting the implementation of various innovative evaluation projects
· Providing assistance for the organisation and implementation of pilots, such as speed dating assessment
· Providing administrative support (inviting participants, support during the session, following up actions
· Drafting communication dossiers
· Performing research on the internet, benchmarking
· Preparing Powerpoint presentations for occasional meetings
This position will require occasional travel for business (once a month in Europe), and, as such, you must be able to travel accordingly.
Required skills
The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience:
· At the beginning of the 2017 academic year, you will be preparing a Master's degree (5-year degree)
· You are interested in how start-up are runned
· You have knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
· Creative, structured and organised and you are committed and a driving force for suggestions in the project
· Language skills: Advanced level of English and French
