Description of the job

A vacancy for a Project Management - Programms (m/w) has arisen within Airbus Defence & Space in Elancourt. You will join the Project Management department. This position is based in Bordeaux at the customer's site

This position will require a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

·  To ensure the management of the NTI2 support unit of the SILTATAMS logistic information system
·  Ensure coordination with co-contractor (6 persons based at Bordeaux site)
·  Organise and manage the activities of the NTI2 support team members (4 to 5 persons based at Bordeaux site)
·  Coordinate relations with the state support unit (CC/DA)
·  Monitor compliance with contractual deadlines and obligations:
·  Ensure a close relationship with the customer (DP)
·  Ensure reporting to Program Management in Elancourt
·  Ensure processing of technical data using MANTIS tool
·  Rely on support from the project technical team based in Elancourt and manage relationship with the technical manager and project team based in Elancourt.

·  Knowledge of basic Linux instructions

·  Knowledge of Logistics Information Systems
·  Knowledge of aircraft maintenance
·  Working knowledge of SILTATAMS.
·  French: advanced level
