Job Description:

We are looking for a Program Manager (m/f) for our Commercial Aircraft business to join our Digital Department based in Toulouse, France.

As a Program Manager, you will join our Digital Workplace which primary focus is to:

· 
Provide employees with simple, intuitive and easy to use workplace tools and services.

· 
To enable employees to create and collaborate from anywhere at any time.

· 
To enable continuous optimisation of work experience and productivity underpinned by fit-for-purpose security.  

Digital Workplace consists of the following core product and service lines: 

· 
Devices and Services (From laptops, smartphones to printers and video conference systems, production specific devices to military constraints while supporting accessibility for all our employees…), 

· 
Employee Collaboration (Google Workspace environment, intranet so called Hub, Live event…), 

· 
User experience (From Tech bars, to worldwide support and Executive support team as well as change management),

· 
Operational Performance (Financial, workforce and Domain strategy as well as cross PSL transversal programs, process improvement and automation initiatives).

The biggest challenges for 2024 are:

· 
The creation of the two Aerostructures companies in France (Airbus Atlantic) and Germany (Airbus Aerostructures).

· 
The creation of several new sites across the world. Merge and acquisition of several companies. 

· 
The long term transformation of all Digital Workplace products and services (Device modern management, GenAI…) to be coordinated with the different product teams, with our suppliers and with divisions.

Your challenges:

· 
Be the focal point for the Digital Workplace transversal projects with all stakeholders (Airbus management, operational teams, suppliers, divisions, affiliates…)

· 
Be the risk manager for the whole Digital Workplace department (assess, evaluate, address and report)

· 
Be responsible for the employee experience of the Digital Workplace in the new created sites

· 
Drumbeat cross divisional, transnational and local stakeholders to achieve the plan

· 
Work in compliance with internal and external rules and regulations combine the Strategy, Organization and Culture to create an effective environment for delivery of results.

· 
Engage and motivate the people (involved and stakeholders / customers) to promote Self-reflection, Self-management, Communication and Teamwork.

· 
Manage Conflicts and Negotiation to achieve optimized results for the business.

· 
Define and develop the objectives hierarchy of the project or product using appropriate strategies, methods and tools.

· 
Engage stakeholders in a governance that ensures effective use of time, budget and achievement of quality.

· 
Integrate processes and people from other functions (matrix organizations).

· 
Ensure effective integration of lessons learnt. Ensure active risk and opportunity and contract (internal or external) management.

· 
Ensure effective management of partners and suppliers.

Your boarding pass:

· 
Experiences in planning and monitoring program execution

· 
Experience in project coordination and budget management

· 
Working experience in Agile Scrum, SAFe and/or Kanban projects

· 
Advanced level of English

· 
French or German knowledge will be an added advantage

Salary range:

Salary range based on the required profile: 55k€ to 65K€/year (including a variable part based on your performance). Information provided as an indication.
