Description of the job

Airbus Blagnac is looking for an intern for a 6 months internship.

The Procurement Strategy department aims at shaping the future of Airbus Procurement function and Supply Chain. An important element of it is to identify industry best practices and provide recommendations on how they could be applied in Airbus.

The intern will be in charge of analyzing the Procurement practices and strategy of some actors of the aerospace industry.

This internship will start on 1st September (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your responsibilities will be to:

·  Developing a comparative study of supply chain organizations in the aerospace industry,
·  Identifying and selecting best practices of the industry,
·  Elaborating recommendations and associating action plan to leverage the findings of the analysis.

Required skills

You are in the final year of a Master's degree, or of a management school, specialising in s
trategy, business intelligence, political sciences, supply chain management, risk management.

You have the following qualities:

·  Autonomy and ability to interface with various internal interfaces
·  Analytical, methodical and synthetic skill
·  Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
·  Reliable, rigorous, structured and result oriented
·  Good presentation skills

You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

English: fluent.
French: intermediate level.
