Job Description

OneWeb Satellites is pioneering new value propositions in space through the design and large-scale manufacturing of low-cost, ultra-high performing satellites at high-volumes.  These space-crafts are modular and designed for multiple mission configurations.  OneWeb Satellites’ ability to iterate on satellite design and launch new satellites in quantity faster than ever before secures our competitive advantage in spacecraft production.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop, validate and maintain tools for SW Factory

Load generation

Format modification

Data Extraction 

First acceptance level  checks on delivery from external suppliers Package delivery to customer

Generation of SW Image for simulator

Generation of Load Repository

Synthetize Issues/Evolution for a given standard

Develop, validate and maintain application to support simulation of S/C Support Configuration Control Board meeting

REPORTING

·  To Software Integration lead / Avionics Engineering lead

PROFILE / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS

·  BTS/DUT level in Software engineering
·  <3 years’ experience in Software engineering in embedded software 

·  Rigorous, organized, autonomous

·  Good knowledge of:
·  Knowledge in low level driver development
·  Software language and tools: C, Python, Shell, Code Composer Studio (Texas Instruments), gcc, wireshark, VMWare/VxBox, JIRA
·  Hardware: ARM (Cortex R5)
·  Background knowledge: Software development
·  Other skills (preferred):
·  Experience with partitioning OS
·  Experience in SW/HW investigation

·  Upper Intermediate level in English.

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL EFFORT

·  Willingness and ability to travel : 2-3 times year in US
