Description of the job
A vacancy for an Occupational Health Nurse (f/m) has arisen within Airbus Toulouse.
The successful applicant will join the AI SPIR department in France .

Tasks & accountabilities
Your main tasks will include:
· Scheduling the medical examinations for the Airbus personnel.
· Participate to the nurse interview set up and ensure nurse interviews (“entretien infirmier”) for the Airbus employees.
· Ensuring all the additional exams (urine tests, sight tests, respiratory exploration, blood tests, etc.) in accordance with national occupational legislation.
· Providing emergency care for job-related injuries and illnesses, treating wounds, observing patients, recording those observations and consulting the physician for potential evacuation to a hospital.
· Maintaining all the medical equipment in operation (first-aid kits, defibrillators, urine test devices, sight test devices, respiratory exploration devices, etc.)
· With the occupational health doctor, analysing the employees' work stations and proposing adaptations.
· Administrative work: Updating the first aid register, the medical files and the medical software database and work accidents notifications.
· Gathering different data (annual reports, activity plans, company cards, medical indicators in the social reports, etc.).
· Attending the CHSW meetings (Committee for Health and Safety at Work).
· Deploying epidemiologic surveys and recording results in a database.
· Listening and advising employees on medical aspects (e.g. how to reduce stress-stress captors, etc.).
· Supporting the implementation of company agreements (about disabled people, stress, etc.).
· Organising HSE (Health, Security, Environment) training and awareness sessions (e.g. first aid, stop smoking, risk prevention, etc.).
· Participating with the definition and implementation of the health and safety at work prevention programme.
This position will be mainly on day shift but required flexibility on late shift on occasional frequency.
Required skills
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
· A basic nurse or medical assistant certificate of diploma delivered by the National Competent Authority or Academy ( as for example DIUST or "Licence Pro santé au travail"
· Robust knowledge on industrial environment is required.
· Health Care & First-Aid Management experience
· Emergency management experience
· You are recognised for being a team player.
· You are meticulous, autonomous and proactive.
This position requires a negotiation level of French and an advanced level of English.
This role has been graded: Technician.
