Description of the job

Navblue Toulouse is looking for a Product Marketing Specialist (m/f)

You will help to maintain a Marketing plan including market targets, sales differentiators, sales strategy related to product development and roadmap covering the next 3 years of sales.
You will maintain and update the pricing policy with the relevant Business Line in order to better penetrate the market and ensure coherence in the global offering.
On a global scale, you will support the sales effort once a project identified and prepare and deliver presentations to customers, customer meetings, proposals, RFP responses, etc. You will also insure that Communication actions are properly supported with presence at events, wording for press releases, etc. in close coordination with the head of communication.
You will contribute to deliver the annual AOP sales targets in close cooperation with the Sales teams.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:
 Contributing to a Marketing Plan in close cooperation with the appropriate Business Line, the HO Marketing and the HO Sales.
 Maintaining and update the Pricing Policy as necessary in close cooperation with the Business Line and Finance.
 Developing & maintaining all Marketing Material related to the relevant product line.
 Supporting Bid Management process, help building responses to RFI/RFP and providing Sales with guidance and assistance in all stages of the campaign as need be. Support Communication activities (events, press etc…) in close coordination with the head of communication.
 Contributing to AOP Targets for order intake of the relevant product line on a global level at the target margin. Co-responsibility with the Head of Sale

This role will involve frequent travel for business and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

Required skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

·  Educated to 5 years degree (or equivalent) in Engineering or Business school.
·  Pilot experience, Passion for Flight, private or professional pilot licence,
·  Presentation and Communication skills,
·  Business Acumen,
·  Ability to convince and take initiatives,
·  Adaptability to different cultural environments,
·  Strong sense of rigor,
·  Team Player Attitude,
·  Negotiation Level of English
