Description of the job

Navblue Toulouse is looking for a Product Application Specialist - Analytics Applications (m/f)

The Analytics Product Line manages a set a product related to Flight efficiency and Documentation management.
You will be responsible for ensuring consistent functionality specification and integration, providing expertise and support all along the product lifecycle for the current and future Analytics solutions developed internally by NAVBLUE or based on existing partners' assets.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

·  Integrating of new features from Innovation Office
·  Producing Functional Specification, Validation and Verification,
·  Managing prioritization of functional and technical improvements activities to meet defined roadmap milestones and ensure customer satisfaction,
·  Participating to product line strategic roadmap definition with the Navblue Strategic Innovation Office,
·  Following-up product implementation and delivery to customers,
·  Coordinating with stakeholders and partners accordingly.

This role will involve some travel for business and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

Required skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

·  Must possess Bachelor's Degree or equivalent training,
·  At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Flight Operations as a Pilot, Engineer, Aircraft Dispatcher or Operations Controller or equivalent experience,
·  Proven skills of flight operations, including Aircraft Performance and/or Flight Data Analysis and/or Fuel Management
·  Experience with performance application user workflow design,
·  Strong coordination and project management skills (proficiency in in Agile mode is a plus),
·  User workflow design experience (human-machine interface design experience is a plus),
·  Ability to integrate requirements of different types of airlines/OEM and regulatory requirements,
·  Strong coordination and project management skills (proficiency in in Agile mode is a plus),
·  Strong analytical/critical thinking skills and proven experience in problem solving in difficult technical context,
·  Understanding of competitive market place for Flight Efficiency (Fuel, Performance optimization, Flight Data Analysis…)
·  Good communication and collaboration skill in multicultural context,
·  Must work effectively with others in a team environment as well as work independently with little supervision, depending on the task at hand.
·  Experience in working with external partners or supplier's activities.
·  Advanced level of English is required
