Description of the job

A vacancy for a Mobile Application Store manager has arisen within Airbus Toulouse.
The successful applicant will join the area which is in charge of Infrastructure Central Operations & Projects.
Within the department "Front Office Corporate Email & Smartphone service" you will be accountable for the availability of the Mobile Application store.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

·  Managing the team
·  Managing the Short Level Agreement (SLA) with the internal customer
·  Managing the contract with the subcontractor in charge of the service

This role will involve some travel for business and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

Required skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

·  Educated to a 4 or 5 year IT degree level (or equivalent)
·  Strong Technical background in Smart phone, or e-mail Technologies knowledge,
·  Experience in Team management (at least 3-5 years)
·  Experience in service management would be a plus
·  Very good communication and interpersonal skills
·  Leadership
·  Customer oriented
·  Team spirit
·  Ability to adapt to a moving environment
·  French at negotiation level
·  English at advanced level
