Description of the job

Within Airbus Defence & Space, the « Intelligence » business cluster delivers services and solutions to always push further Intelligence capacities and accurate decision making.
In the Defence & Security domain, our solutions provide to our governmental customers the latest technologies in Products & Systems Integration to enable accurate decisions at all levels of the Command Chain.
Airbus Defence and Space has recently decided to invest in the development of future offers for the Intelligence Market, targeting Defence and Security customers who are facing the big data challenge, with a solution called “Massive Intelligence”. Massive Intelligence will help the analysts to be more efficient in their work, allowing them to focus on critical tasks by automatically processing and correlating information for massive amount of multi-source date, using analytics based on advanced technologies such as machine learning and semantic analysis will include digital services and Big Data Analytics.

A Massive Intelligence Junior Marketing Manager (m/f) opportunity has arisen within our Marketing & Sales department, based in Elancourt or in Toulouse.

The Massive Intelligence Junior Marketing Manager (m/f) is in charge of ensuring the market knowledge, customers' needs capture, developing the future services of Massive Intelligence and supporting Sales & Bids developing the right marketing tools.
He/She works as a team with the Massive Intelligence Marketing Manager, the Massive Intelligence Project team, the Defence Marketing Industry Managers and the Sales teams.

Profil recherché

Tasks & accountabilities

His/her main tasks and responsibilities include:

·  Market analysis and positioning

o Ensuring up-to-date customer knowledge and competitive intelligence
o Give recommendations for Airbus strategic positioning, working on differentiators, USPs and marketing messages

·  Product Marketing: working with the MI Marketing Manager, participate to the definition of the future offers, working on the 4Ps, and ensuring the successful launch of new offers

o Define offers' content: future systems and services functionalities (including MVPs), ensuring needs from customers are well taken into account
o Pricing model: participate to the definition of the pricing model and new business models
o Go-to-market: define go-to-market strategy for new offers
o Responsible of new offers launch and relevant promotion on the market

·  Massive Intelligence communication

o Deliver marketing messages and positioning for Massive Intelligence globally
o Plan and deliver marketing campaigns and events
o Develop marketing presentation and promotional material (flyers, demo tools, videos…)
o Communication: partnership announcement, product release…
o Ensure internal awareness on Massive Intelligence within the company

·  Support to Sales and Bids

o Creation of sales kit and marketing tools
o Sales Training
o Presentations to customers, preparation of customers visits
o Support to Bids for RFP
Works closely with the rest of the marketing team, defence sales, project management, engineering and product development team…

The position shall be based in Toulouse. Business travels can be expected (10% - 20% per year) in worldwide and consequently, you must be willing to travel accordingly.

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.

Required skills

The successful candidate will have the following attributes and fulfill the following conditions:

·  First experience in Marketing, with an interest for complex products and solutions;
·  Knowledge of Defence & Security market on an international scope would be appreciated;
·  Well-organized and dynamic;
·  Team player, capacity to work in a complex environment and in project mode;
·  Customer focused, ability to capture market's needs;
·  Great communication skill;
·  Creative and innovative, able to bring new ideas to develop our positioning;
·  Interested by new and digital technologies and ability to work in agile mode;
·  A negotiation level in French and English is required.
