Description of the job

Information Management within Airbus is a Transnational Organisation mirroring the Industrial landscape. It is currently undergoing a major Digital Transformation re-focusing on IT Product and Technology Service teams with an E2E accountability and full responsibility for the value proposition.

As part of Airbus's Industrial Digitalisation implementing a Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) is a key driver for Industrial performance improvements and is enabling an Operator centric harmonised Industrial system for Airbus.

Tasks & accountabilities

Positions opened:

·  As MES Business Analyst within a Product team , you will:

o Conduct in-depth discovery meetings, targeted at understanding, capturing, and identifying the complex business requirements and operational objectives of the customer, with recommendations on automation
o Produce documentation of current challenges, future requirements, and benefits in a manner appropriate for clients
o Define and develop the required specification documents to be reviewed with stakeholders and Product team members
o Monitors external business trends in order to better challenge the business requirements
o Drive the digitalization of the Airbus Operating System (AOS) across all industrial sites in Airbus.

·  As MES Technology Specialist, you will:

o Guarantee the design of the Digital workplace with provide robust and scalable solutions in line with the roadmap and considering the project time, cost and quality targets,
o Manage relations with all Airbus divisions and user population to ensure deliverables are aligned with the user expectation,
o Bring a deep knowledge of the digital workplace to the team, providing guidance and recommendations for the definition of the target, Contribute to the digital workplace strategy, roadmap and technical definition.

·  As MES Integration & Test Specialists, you will:

o Providing guidance on integration and testing
o Defining the test strategy, scripts, scenarios and monitors the execution
o Identifying and implementing test automation opportunities and tooling
o Determining how existing applications, legacy systems, databases, Web interfaces and/or hardware logic, which may be currently operating on multiple platforms, work together to meet the new and emerging enterprise requirements
o Establishing the root cause of integration and test event failures. Recommending resolutions and improvements

To be considered you will need to confirm several of the following points in your skills profile:

·  Excellent communication, innovation, critical thinking, problem-solving, planning, prioritization, project management, teamwork and organization skills
·  Knowledge of manufacturing processes and practices
·  Experience and understanding of Manufacturing Execution System (MES)Demonstrable SAP expertise in SAP MI, MII, PP, SAP PM and SAP QM.
·  Experience in component integration
·  Understanding of work organisation and distribution, shift planning, real time production progress follow up, shop floor quality and machine to machine connectivity
·  Agile Scrum experience
·  Experience of working in a diverse team environment, ensuring solutions are implemented in a consistent manner with proper collaboration across IM and key stakeholders.
·  Experience in coordinating new system enhancements with appropriate requirement gathering, solution design, testing and change management/communication.
·  Experience in Product management as a value creator for Airbus
·  Fluent in English
·  Working knowledge in French
