Context

• The Digital Design Manufacturing & Services (DDMS) is an Airbus major transformation program aiming at re-inventing the way Airbus is developing its new products.
Boosted by the ambitious program, the Systems Community has to face its transformation towards Model Based System Engineering (MBSE).

• Widely in the group but also in collaboration with each Systems supplier, the goal is to lead the development and deployment of the digital solution capabilities. This switch from a document based system development to a full digital model based approach will transform the way systems operating on our products are designed, tested and supported.

Work Environment

• This transformation project is conducted applying SAFe framework promoting and developing agile and lean practices in a multifunctional plateau environment composed of around 40 people.

Your Mission

As Junior MBSE Systems Modelling Architect in the team, your mission will be to:
• Be referent of the Modelling activities for all the Systems Community;
• Ensure a consistent Architecture of our System Design Modelling solutions (especially with Simulink).

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.

Required skills

Your Boarding Pass
‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾
• Engineering or IT background with at least a first experience, internship or apprenticeship related to Systems Engineering and/or MBSE (including Modelling & Simulation).
• Experience in using/deploying MBSE solutions (Simulink, SysML, Cameo, Capella, …).
• Good understanding of how the Simulink tool is working and what architecture & methodologies can be developed on top of it.
• Previous experience working in an Agile/ SAFe environment would be a plus.
• Good listening, communication, analysis and synthesis skills.
• Entrepreneurship Spirit and willingness to learn from others.
• Negotiation Level in English.
