As an IT Project Manager & Functional Expert for Supply Management you are responsible for business relations with our business organizations being in charge for Procurement, Logistic and Supply Chain Management. You will be one of our focal points in front of business departments in order to gather business requirements and to give consultancy in terms of best practice process approach.

As a technical specialist you have detailed knowledge about our SAP ERP MM, BI, BW and Advanced Analytics. You will consult supply management business team in terms of further enhancement of our ERP MM / S/4 Procurement and digital analytics solutions. You will elaborate specification documents from business requirements dossier to technical implementation dossier.

You will lead projects from project planning to execution and entry into service phase/operations. You will contribute to further harmonization of our ERP landscape. You will especially have to manage our external suppliers supporting you in your role.

As a new IT technologies person with high affinity to business processes you will be in charge to translate business needs into digital solutions.

You will work closely with business and various IT Teams to turn business opportunities into projects and IT services. Based on this you will contribute to manage the interface between the Supply Management organization and DTO delivery departments like BI, ETL, Architecture, Infrastructure, Software Platforms etc.

Business focus, strong analytical and problem solving skills are your strength.

Excellent written and communication skills to report back the findings in a clear, structured manner are required.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

·  Business relationship management in order to provide digital solutions “out of one hand”
·  Project Management for Supply Management IT solutions
·  Business Requirements gathering and alignment for Procurement, Logistic and Supply Chain Management
·  Business requirements and functional specifications
·  Technical Specification of foreseen solutions
·  Contribute to identify areas for improvement in Supply Management business processes with taking latest market trends in terms of digitalization into account
·  Initiate and manage Projects according to Airbus Defence and Space methodologies
·  Communication and coordination with other IT areas and business departments

Required skills

You will have the following skills and experience:

·  Educated to Engineering degree level (or equivalent) in IT or Procurement or a related discipline.
·  Experience in IT Project Management (PMI), ideally for SAP Project.
·  Good knowledge of Procurement process.
·  Good knowledge of SAP MM / BW (at least key user, ideally customization).
·  Language Skills: negotiation level of English and French.
