Description of the job

Within the Airbus Helicopters Information Management (IM), you will join the IM Business Partners (IMBP) Department and will work as Product Manager of Business Applications.
This new job is part of the IM transformation project aiming at reinforcing the proximity of IM to the Business centers and at increasing the user satisfaction.
The objective of the jobholder is to ensure the quality of IT service delivered to all AH users regarding Business Applications support activities. It is based on a new concept designed to deliver a service for applications and tools designed by the business (CAT One applications)
He acts as Service Delivery Manager or product manager in front of end-users to deliver standard services for all Business Applications IT (CAT One) and to provide specific local support for non-standard demands and new initiatives (IT Kiosk).

He/she ensures the commitment on agreed SLA regarding the IT Demand Service.
This position will give you the opportunity to:

Responsabilities:
¤ Manage all demands regarding business applications infrastructure: planning, implementation of IT Solution provision, including follow-up andescalations.

·  Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
·  Define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities
·  Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
·  Engineer and provide products and solutions to the business users to enable them to leverage the core set of applications that are mandatory for all platform users globally.
·  Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
·  Lead the planning product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities

¤ Liaise internal IM stakeholders, mainly IT operation, Architecture, Governance and Security.
¤ Manage Business Relationship: reporting, Dashboard, Follow-up end to end requests service delivery for the business.

·  Define and document the product vision and roadmap in consultation with the business stakeholders
·  Facilitate and drive alignment among key stakeholders
·  Document requirements and specifications for existing and new products
·  Manage cross-functional teams including designers, developers, QA analysts, and potentially external partners
·  Create and maintain release schedules including early prototypes, through minimum viable product (MVP), to the first and subsequent releases
·  Ensure assigned product initiatives are delivered within scope, schedule, budget and quality levels are consistent with customer expectations.
·  Coordinate with IT architects to align product and platform architectures and capabilities
·  Bring the product up and running by ensuring IM is prepared to deliver and service the product throughout its life cycle
·  Ensure product is continually monitored and maintained
·  Define, track and communicate key product performance indicators
·  Maintain compliance with all legislative/statutory obligations and company policies
·  Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends

¤ Manage sub-contractor contract as WP leader

Required skills

We are looking for those fallowing competences:

·  Understand Business IT needs and write business requirement specifications and architecture.
·  Knowledge on Linux/Unix
·  Knowledge of Operating Systems, Database, System Architecture, Security and network would be a plus
·  Experience on implementation of IT project would be a plus
·  In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
·  Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills, Conduct meetings and write reports
·  Successful track record of delivering technology projects of very high complexity
·  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Utilize root cause and impact analysis, interviews, focus groups, and other data gathering techniques proficiently
·  Demonstrate advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
·  Expert level proficiency building project plans
·  Employ Project Management techniques, tools and methods proficiently
·  Language skills: fluent in French advanced in English
