Description of the job
A vacancy for an iSTUDIO (iLAB) Innovation Manager (m/f) has arisen within Airbus in Toulouse.
I-Lab is an environment boosting IT Innovation across the Group.
This position will require a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.

Tasks & accountabilities
Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:
· Innovation ideas in IM domains with high value proposition, disruptive and/or differentiating technologies,
· The most appropriate innovation methods, techniques, tools and support according to the specific nature of an innovation opportunity, and innovation lifecycle phase,
· Relevant topics and events for Tech. watch, Benchmarking, Conferencing and Partnerships,
· iLAB management activities (resources planning, scheduling of events, demonstrations, event organization),
· Effective management of stakeholders' perceptions, expectations and engagement resulting in accelerated elaboration and implementation of candidate innovations,
· Negotiation with resource and process owners to streamline and accelerate progress throughout the innovation lifecycle,
· Forming, coaching and motivation of collaborative teams and associated stakeholders,
· Formulating clear, balanced arguments (with well collated supporting evidence),
· Communicating efficiently to deliver excellent pitches to stakeholders and Customers,
· Defining Innovation Roadmap.
This role will involve some travel (once per month) for business and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.
Required skills
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
· 3-5 years' experience in innovation management, R&T or similar (IT and/or Engineering degree)
· IT technologies (Cloud, IoT, BigData, AR/VR , 3D printing/scanning, agile S/W developments, etc.)
· Technology strategy & planning
· Architecture design methodology
· Solution development
· Proven skills in:
o applying innovation methods, techniques and tool
o driving improvement & innovation
o communication, management customer expectations
o AGILE methods
· Great Communicator
· Open minded
· Team worker
· Visionary
· Advanced Level of English
