Description of the job

An internship position in Business Performance Improvement has arisen within Airbus Group in Toulouse. You will join the Learning Program Performance department.
In the frame of the learning digital transformation you will deliver HR standardized services across the Airbus Group in respect with the HR policies, process and tools.

This internship will start in February 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Within the Learning Solutions department in the Airbus Group Learning Centre, your main activities will be:

·  Launch a value stream mapping on the current Learning Solution processes to identify gap and room of improvement of the current practice on reporting (for academies, for weekly management meeting, for Centre of Competence).
·  Based on this analysis, define and develop accurate and appropriate IT tools to support the continuous improvement of learning solution.
·  The tools should be as automatic as possible to support the lead-time reduction and the workload needed to monitor and improve the learning Solution performance.

Required skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

·  In the 2nd year of a Master's degree or in the 5th year of a university or engineering school, specialising in project management, industrial engineering or lean,
·  Basic knowledge of project management methods and tools
·  Excellent MS Office user skills (advanced MS Excel), ease with IT
·  VBA skills would be beneficial
·  Autonomous and proactive approach
·  Systematic way of working and strong analytical skills
·  English: advanced level; French would be a plus
