Description of the job

Are you looking for an internship? Would you like to discover the work of an Audit Manager? Then apply now! We look forward to you joining us as an intern (m/f) at the Quality department (35 hours/week, flexi-time).

Location: Donauwörth
Start: January 2018
Duration: 6 months

First of all you get to know the role of the Internal Audit within an aeronautic design and production organisation. You will support us in several tasks concerning audit analyses, audit improvement, training for auditors and more.

Tasks & accountabilities

·  Contribute to the internal audit analysis
·  Create a trainings plan to ensure that new auditors are well prepared
·  Provide training slides
·  Update leaflet: Audit Management in SAP
·  Participate to the global continuous improvement of the Internal Audit Function
·  Contribute to organize, define interfaces with internal/external customers of our audits
·  Participate to different types of internal audits (Business, IMF, Quality)

Required skills

·  Enrolled student within Project Management, Industrial Engineering or similar field of study
·  MS office
·  First experience in Project and/or Audit Management welcome
·  English: fluent
·  German: fluent

You are a good team player, have excellent communication skills, and are able to work independently.
