Description of the job
Airbus (Toulouse) is looking for an intern for a 6-month internship.
Your internship will involve the vibro-acoustic modelling of a cockpit, with an analysis of the transfer paths using the Statistical Energy Analysis (SEA) method.
AIRBUS has chosen a SEA model aimed at analysing the nature of the energy transfer paths (aerial/structure-borne).
The aim of this project is to reach a high level of maturity for the SEA modelling of the cockpit with an analysis of the transfer paths.
This internship involves the validation of the A380 model through contribution of in-flight measurements.
This internship will start on 4th January, 2016 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities
Your main tasks will include:
· Comparing, criticising and analysing the SEA model's predictions. The data measured is manifold like the vibrations of the structure or the radiated powers in the cockpit.
Profil recherché
Required skills
You are in the 1st or 2nd year of a Master's degree or in the 4th or 5th year of engineering school or university.
You ideally have an initial experience in this field and knowledge of SEA analysis of vibro-acoustic measurement.
You are recognised for your analytical, organisational and communication skills.
You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.
English: intermediate level.
