Description of the job
Airbus Blagnac is looking for an intern for a 6-month internship.
During your internship you will support POYS Business improvement Manager in:
· Leading improvement projects dedicated to all commodities,
· Deploying, maintaining and supporting harmonized Supply Chain processes and tools, ensuring the consistency of supply chain methods, processes, tools, skills and training,
· Guaranteeing all stakeholders satisfaction related to the Business Operations and Improvement Projects deployment.
This internship will start on 3rd January 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities
Your responsibilities will include:
· Driving the delivery of Business Operations and Improvement Projects to achieve the expected results in accordance with Procurement Operations priorities, Customers' needs and AIrbus project management methodologies,
· Monitoring the progress and providing regular visibility and project/process status updates (RAG, ACtions, Issues/Risks, planned activities, tracking of milestones, progress to plan) to all stakeholders,
· Building and strengthening relationships with the internal customers and stakeholders in order to contribute to the POx improvement strategy and support to the end-users,
· Identifying new improvement actions/ projects/ processes together with PO community of Business Experts, using benchmarking of Supply Chain processes and tools, best practices, KPIs, Lean practices and methods (SQCDP dashboards, Problem Solving...),
· Contributing to relevant forums and projects as appropriate.
Required skills
You are in the final year of a master's degree or of a management school or university, specializing in Project Management or in Supply Chain Management.
You ideally have initial experience.
You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.
Knowledge in German is a plus.
English: Negotiation level,
French: Fluent level.
