Description of the job

Airbus Group Innovations (Suresnes) is looking for an intern (m/f) for a 6-month internship.

Airbus Group Innovations (AGI) is the Research and Technology unit of Airbus Group working on aerospace and defence research. Within this entity, as an intern, you will join the Quality and Information Management department, whose main activities include:

·  Technology watch,
·  Information management,
·  Quality management (ISO 9001 certification),
·  Standardisation,
·  Documentation.

This internship will start on 1st February 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Within the framework of the digitisation initiative of the Group, the technology watch activity has been re-founded.
As such, your mission will be to work in particular on the following aspects:

·  Collecting information: new information/data acquisition solutions (automation, bots, etc.), new sources to be identified, alerts/notifications, etc.,
·  Assessing the identification solutions of pertinent information (Big Data, Web Semantics, etc.),
·  Formatting, sharing and distributing the information using a community approach on multiple supports (Desktop, Tablet, Smartphone, etc.),
·  Exploiting the capitalised information (knowledge management),
·  Leading communities in accordance with the areas of interest.

You will be requested to:

·  Produce deliverables such as Guidelines and Communication,
·  Implement community management,
·  On a daily basis, build the knowledge and information-sharing database.

All the exchanges and deliverables will occur in English.

Required skills

You are in the final year of engineering school, completing a Master's degree or in the 5th year of university, specialising in General Engineering, Quality Engineering, System Information or New Technologies.

Ideally, you have initial work experience.

You have the following qualities:

·  Ability to synthesise,
·  Inquisitive,
·  Independent nature,
·  Writing skills in English,
·  Proficiency with the Office suite.

You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.

English: fluent,
French: fluent.
