Description of the job

Airbus Blagnac is looking for an intern for a 6-month internship.

The systems installation industrialisation team is based between Toulouse (France), St Nazaire (France), Hamburg (Germany), and Broughton (UK), providing support directly to production for systems installation industrialisation and improvements, and a key link between the design office and the production environment.

You will be based in Toulouse to support the central business and management team with promoting the internal and external image of the team and providing visibility of the key achievements and initiatives running to the rest of Airbus, through the various media available (i.e. magazines, poster campaigns, electronic media etc.).

This internship will start on 1st September, 2016 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your responsibilities will include:

·  Building up an internal communications plan,
·  Putting in place a regular gazette for the transnational team,
·  Linking to corporate functions for publication of key achievements / events to be publicised through Airbus,
·  Building a Systems Installation “web page” in the Airbus internal network (The Hub),
·  Supporting Systems Installation Industrialisation (DVL) team events in plants,
·  Following-up Systems Installation Industrialisation (DVL) team attendance to external events, including supporting feedback to the team.

This role may require some travel to other sites in France, Germany and UK and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

Required skills

You are in the 1st or 2nd year of a master's degree or in the 4th or 5th year of university, business school or equivalent specialising in Business / Communication.

You ideally have initial experience in the communication domain.

You are a strong team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.

English: negotiation level,
French and / or German would be an advantage.
