Description of the job

Airbus Helicopters Marignane is looking for an intern for a 4-5-month internship.

Inside Airbus Helicopters design office Test Centre, ETXSEH department is responsible for optimising helicopter integration and test activities by provisioning and sustaining highly innovative and standardised helicopter rig means, benches & services. Those means go from the software test benches, through the system and subsystem integration rigs, up to the System Helicopter Zero.

This internship will start on 1st February 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

You will work on different aspects of system test benches design. Your main missions and activities will include:

·  analyzing the future automated ways of working,
·  benchmarking for test automation existing solutions,
·  proposing for implementation in our test benches generic architecture
·  improving an electrical design tool, specifying and coding new functionalities such as a graphical diagrams output.

Supported by your tutor and largely integrated within the teams, you will have different contacts and interfaces bringing various added values.

Required skills

You are in the 1st year of a master's degree or in the 4th year of university, engineering school or equivalent specialising in Engineering / Test Facilities.

You ideally have an initial experience in this field.

You are a good team player and and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

English: intermediate level,
French: fluent.
