Description of the job

Airbus Helicopters Marignane is looking for an intern for a 2-month internship.

You will work within our HR Improvement Department.

This internship will start on 2nd January 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

·  Organising events,
·  Animating e-mentors network and following the community,
·  Upskilling knowledge on new technologies within HR community,
·  Supporting Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) in their business function (presentation, materials, demos…),
·  Communicating on actions / news via the hub,
·  Contributing to the core team: aligning in a same project HR change management,
·  Communication Department: participating to the Airbus Helicopters transformation new ways of working,
·  Contributing to information sessions, awareness and training.

Required skills

You are in the final year of a Master's degree, or of a business school, specialising in Human Resources.

You ideally have initial experience in the domain.

You have competencies in:

·  Project management,
·  Workshop animation.

You have a strong interest for new technologies and collaborative ways of working.

You are recognized for your autonomy, your proactivity and your creativity.

You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

English: advanced level,
French: fluent.
