Description of the job

An internship position in supporting the Organization Change Project Management has arisen within Airbus in Toulouse. You will join the Organization Development Department.
The purpose of the internship is to support the Organization Development Team Europe in the new organization change project.
This internship will start in the March 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

·  Organise the training campaign for HRBPs across various departments within Airbus. The training campaign will be a series of awareness sessions for HRBPs in order to train them on the new Organisation Design Process
·  Elaborate the content of the training sessions with the Organization Development team
·  Prepare the sum-up of the training campaign
·  Co - animate workshops and the awareness' sessions
·  Support the team in the designing process:
·  describe this process involving multiple stakeholders
·  investigate activities processes
·  elaborate a risks-related process
·  contribute to the Process Management team meetings
·  Support the day to day management project

Required skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

·  In the 2nd year of a Master's degree or in the 5th year of a university or business school, with a specialisation in HR and/or or business management,
·  Experience in Project Management
·  Good Excel proficiency level (pivot table…)
·  Good PowerPoint proficiency (able to prepare the training sessions)
·  Good communication skills (numerous stakeholders)
·  Advanced level of English and intermediate level of French
·  Another language would be an advantage.
