Description of the job

Airbus Helicopters Marignane is looking for an intern for a 4 to 6-month internship.

This internship will start on the 2nd of January 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

·  Supporting on the set-up and deployment of the non-national sourcing Policy,
·  Implementing the executive development journey,
·  Making the continuous follow-up and steering of the "L4" talent management network with human resources business partner and on project "PULSE" roll out (upskilling sessions organization, content preparation).

Required skills

You are in the 2nd year of a master's degree or in the 4th or 5th a business school or university, specialising in Human Resources.

You at least have an initial experience in this field and have in-depth knowledge of Stakeholder Management. You are organised and have a structured approach.

You are a good team player and and have excellent interpersonal skills.

English: negociation level,
French: fluent,
German skills would be a plus.
