Description of the job
Airbus Blagnac is looking for an intern for a 6-month internship.
You will join the POP department which is responsible for managing support Engine and Nacelle Global Suppliers in the management of the Supply Chain Quality.
It represents multi-billion dollars annual contract with Airbus, ensures strong interaction with Airbus Program organisation, Airbus Final Assembly Lines (FALs), Airbus Delivery Centre and recurrent interaction with Engines and Nacelles suppliers.
This internship will start on 2nd January 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities
Concerning the project management in Supplychain & quality environment, your main tasks and responsibilities will include:*
Strategy:
· Initiating an overall POP strategy with shared strategic objectives, anticipating opportunities and upcoming challenges,
· Ensuring alignment of POP strategy between PPY/ POP/ POY.
Competences:
· Identifying the competences and skills required to foster procurement performance (e.g:root cause analysis/monthly KPIs), synergies, means through cross-organisations,
· Supporting the development of the POP organisations by harmonizing jobs and competences.
Communication:
· Boosting competitiveness by developing network cross-organisations (POP),
· Optimising and or maximising customer relationship: record & analyse best practices,
· Securing on-time consistent and adequate communication to internal and external stakeholders (e.g: planning for E2E QG, external/internal audits, requirements flow down to suppliers…),
· Creating a visual management board for Strategy, Communication, Competences.
Required skills
You are in the 2nd year of a management school, engineering school or equivalent specialising in Supply Chain Management.
You ideally have initial experience in the domain and in project management, quality and IT.
You are a strong team player and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
English: advanced level,
French: intermediate level.
