Description of the job
Airbus (Saint-Martin) is looking for an intern for a 6-month internship. This internship will start in January/February 2017 (subject to some flexibility).
You will integrate the ESYP department which is a part of the Propulsion Airframe Engineering.

Tasks & accountabilities
In order to define next Powerplant Propulsion System, the Nacelle (aerodynamic structure surrounding the engine) shall incorporate new innovating concepts.
Particularly, in the frame of your internship, three concepts shall be explored:
· Variable area fan nozzle (VAFN),
· New cascade concept,
· New acoustic treatment concept.
Required skills
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
· You are in the last year of a Master's degree in Engineering specialising in Aeronautics and Mechanical Engineering and looking for a 6 months internship.
· Good knowledge in Finite Element Method and Structures.
· NASTRAN / PATRAN ideally (Abaquus, Ideas or others softwares),
· Knowledge in Materials woud be desirable.
· Pack Office Microsoft (Excel).
· You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
· You have a negotiation level in French and advanced level in English.
