Description of the job

Airbus Toulouse is looking for an intern for a 6-month internship.

You will join the team in charge of:
preparing Airbus future by analysing mid/long term industry changes and their impact on our eco-system,

·  providing strategic perspective to Airbus functions?
·  giving recommendations to the company's decision makers.

This internship will start on 5th September, 2016 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

In the frame of market analysis and especially on business case simulation, your responsibilities will include:

·  optimising and improving the current tool (done in Excel) by simplifying and proposing an automatic result presentation,
·  analysing various airlines profile (operations, finance, product) to derivate global trends per regions and per business models,
·  building ratio and KPI to compare data, in order to value business models in the air transport value chain industry.

Required skills

You are in the 2nd year of a Master's degree or in the 5th year of a business school or university or equivalent specialising in General Business Administration and Economics.

You ideally have initial experience in this domain and you master Excel.
You have a good understanding in Finance and a strong knowledge of econometrics and statistics.
Airlines and Air Transport knowledge would be a plus.

You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

English: advanced level,
French: fluent.
