Description of the job

Airbus (Blagnac) is looking for an intern (m/f) for a 6-month internship.

You will provide support to the Sales department by defining “Rework costs by the hour”, and calculating the associated investment. You will identify parameters to create a database and the platform architecture in order to automate information processing.

This internship will start in January/February 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks will include:

·  Apprehending the environment and activities of various departments.
·  Gathering various existing information from different department and preparing a tree view of the origins of the data.
·  Analysing/integrating/creating an already existing database in order to develop a part dedicated to costs.

Required skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

·  You are in the last year of a Master's degree in Computer Science / IT specialising in Databases and looking for a 6 months internship.
·  You have an initial experience dealing with Databases.
·  Proven experience Coding in Java / JEE.
·  Good knowledge of SQL.
·  You are autonomous, proactive and are recognised for your analytical and synthesis skills.
·  You have a negotiation level in French and advanced level in English.
