Description of the job

Airbus Helicopters Marignane is looking for an intern for a 6 or 8-month internship.

On the network cost modelling, you will be responsible for building a model for Airbus Helicopters logistics cost generation through the End to End network & supply chain.

This internship will start on 3th January 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

·  Identifying existing cost drivers and existing monitoring system,
·  Auditing the logistics costs, in various departments such as Forecast and Planning, Master Data, Warehouse & Transport, Order Administration, Quality...,
·  Participating to audits,
·  Analyzing gap,
·  Defining a "To Be" and the action plan to achieve it,
·  Leading the implementation of the action plan in order to set up end-to-end cost reduction level target and Key Performance Indicators,
·  Creating corrective action plans,
·  Seting up work packages,
·  Seting up team based on work packages,
·  Evaluating risks and opportunities,
·  Seting up macro and micro planning,
·  Defining cost reduction targets,
·  Defining KPIs (Key Performance Indicators),
·  Defining budget (if applicable),
·  Participating to workshops, weekly and monthly meetings and Steering Committees,
·  Composing project documents such as minutes of meetings, action cards, flash reports and Steering Committee synthesis,
·  Defining stabilization phase when the project is alive.

You will play a key role of a project team, will assist the Project Leader in all aspects of the project and will be the liaison with the Finance team to retrieve, analyze and align data.

Required skills

You are in the final year of a Master's degree, or of an engineering school, specialising in logistics, quality and methods, supply chain management

You ideally have initial experience in the domain.

You have good knowledge of project management.

You are a good team player and you have excellent interpersonal skills.

English: advanced level,
French: fluent.
