Description of the job

Airbus Helicopters (Marignane) is looking for an intern (m/f) for a 6-month internship.

Airbus Group has set up a network of academies, whose mission is to manage the skills and training programme of employees. You will join the Business Academy in charge of sales, and marketing functions and customer services.

This internship will start on 2nd January 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your tasks will include:

Training programme:

·  Designing and implementing the training programme related to a specific function,
·  Setting it up online in the hub.

Setting up training courses and seminars:

·  Defining/creating/updating contents,
·  Organising sessions or training days (invitations, follow-up and animation),
·  Providing support for the implementation of new arrival programme which takes place over two weeks,
·  Participating in the creation of e-learning.

Management of the training catalogue:

·  Participating in the creation of training courses, following up the catalogue,
·  Updating/creating expert biographies,

Competences management:

·  Participating in the work group for the definition of function skills,
·  Following up the action plans for critical functions

Required skills

You are in the final year of business school, university or equivalent (5-year degree), specialising in Human Resources.

You ideally have initial experience in this field, in particular the HR field and you are a proficient user of the Microsoft Office suite.

You are recognised for your meticulousness and your ability to observe the rules applied.
You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.

English: advanced level,
French: fluent level.
