Description of the job
Airbus Helicopters Marignane is looking for an intern for a 6-month internship.
Within a HR team, you will have tasks and responsibilities close to those of a HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner) and is going to support global HR projects within Airbus Helicopters. In the course of your internship, you will get the chance to deal with a large variety of Business
Functions such as Sales, Customer Services, Marketing and Strategy, as well as with 30 worldwide Customer and Industrial Centres.
You will be responsible for:
· Supporting transformation within Airbus Helicopters by innovative thinking and giving constructive feedback,
· Assisting EHB team in daily work and particular projects,
· Assisting in setting-up and implementing standardised processes within a changing organization,
· Supporting international mind-set and thinking within Airbus Helicopters.
This internship will start on 2nd January 2017 (subject to some flexibility).
